COUPLES RETREAT
March 13-16, 2025— Colorado
Relationships are one of the most rewarding aspects of life, but can also be some of the most challenging experiences. Like anything meaningful and rewarding in life, relationships take work and continued care. There’s no shame in needing help or support.

This retreat is designed for couples who
-desire a deeper bond
-want to build a secure, healthy attachment
-want to unhook stuck thought patterns, and heal negative cycles of communication
-hope to melt unconscious + subconscious defenses that are blockers to vulnerability and connection
-are interested in rebuilding healthy connection, improving communication, and re-ignite or deepen emotional and physical intimacy
This will be a very small and personalized experience limited to 4 couples. We will offer luxury accommodations, powerful therapy groups, private couples ketamine sessions, multiple ketamine group journeys, relaxation and accompanying mind-body experiential services, and a peaceful break from daily stressors— we take care of every detail for you.

“I truly felt like I had tried EVERYTHING to address my mental health struggles coming into this, and now I can confidently say that this KAP experience led me to the missing piece in my healing journey. I never realized what it was like to view myself and my life through this different lens. I never knew what being healed would really look like. This was life changing and you all are so amazing. I can't thank you enough for not only coordinating this KAP experience but also for caring as much as you do for others.”

HOW CAN OUR PSYCHEDELIC ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY HELP COUPLES?
Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP) offers couples a unique opportunity to engage in a transformative healing process that can disrupt negative patterns, foster personal accountability, and deepen emotional intimacy. PAP not only reduces trauma responses but also enhances self-awareness and emotional regulation.
The use of psychedelics like ketamine and psilocybin can catalyze significant growth and healing for couples who feel stuck. Often described as a “lubricant” for easing defensiveness and anxiety, it serves as a powerful tool to facilitate changes that might otherwise take years to achieve.
Through PAP, couples can develop healthier defense strategies and strengthen their emotional resilience around vulnerability, honesty, and boundary-setting. This process helps to diminish destructive cycles that contribute to sexual difficulties, emotional distance, and overall suffering. As couples embark on psychedelic journeys, they learn to explore and articulate complex emotions and desires, creating space for their partners to do the same, which enhances their connection.
Combining psychotherapy with medically supervised ketamine and psilocybin allows each partner to gain clarity on how well they align with their values, become more vulnerable in expressing their desires, recognize their defenses, and adopt healthier coping strategies for addressing both their own feelings and those of their partner.
The retreat model allows couples to escape the barriers of daly life - busy schedules, family stressors, and lots of responsibilities and reconnect with themselves and each other in a structured, supportive, beautiful setting
